RETURN

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the item is free from damage or signs of wear.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, if your country of residence is not in Europe, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

REFUNDS

If a refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
