All personalised/monogrammed items are lovingly hand crafted here in the uk and created on a 'made to order' basis. 

Personalised/monogrammed items take 5-10 working days to craft however during busy shopping periods like christmas, we are completely aware that you would like your purchases delivering asap and we work extra hard to turn the order around as quickly as possible. 

Once your order has been crafted within the 5-10 day time frame, your order will be dispatched according to your chosen delivery option:

UK FREE Postage on orders over £30 / 1-2 working days

UK Royal Mail 1st Class (no tracking) - £2.50 / 1-2 working days

UK Royal Mail 1st Class (with tracking) - £3.50 / 1-2 working days 

UK Royal Mail 2nd Class (no tracking) - £2.00 / 2-3 working days

European Shipping Standard (no tracking) - £5.00 / 3-5 working days

European Shipping 1st Class (with tracking) - £8.00 / 3-5 working days

FREE International Delivery on orders over £50 (with tracking) - FREE / Europe & international - 3-7 working days

International Standard (no tracking) - £6.00 / 5-7 working days
